2. Use of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. If the person responsible for data processing on this website is located outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland, the data processing by Google Analytics is carried out by Google LLC. Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited are referred to as "Google" below.

The statistics obtained allow me to improve my offerings and make them more interesting for you as a user. This website also uses Google Analytics for cross-device analysis of visitor flows, which is conducted using a user ID. If you have a Google user account, you can deactivate the cross-device analysis of your usage in the settings under "My Data," "Personal Data."

The legal basis for using Google Analytics is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google. This website has extended Google Analytics with the code "_anonymizeIp();" to ensure the anonymized collection of IP addresses. This means that IP addresses are processed in a truncated form so that they cannot be directly linked to a specific individual. If data collected about you is personally identifiable, it will be excluded immediately, and the personal data will be deleted without delay.

Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activities, and provide other services related to website and internet usage to the website operator. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transmitted to the USA, Google has subjected itself to the EU-US Privacy Shield: https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

3. Squarespace Hosting

My website is hosted by the service provider Squarespace. Every time my website is accessed, Squarespace automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser automatically transmits. This data includes:

  • Date and time of access

  • Browser type and version

  • Operating system used

  • Referrer URL

This information is used solely to ensure the smooth operation of the website and to improve the offering.

4. SSL/TLS Encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as inquiries that you send via the contact form. An encrypted connection is indicated by the address line of the browser changing from "http://" to "https://" and the lock symbol in your browser bar. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Your personal data will not be shared with third parties unless in the following cases:

  • It is necessary to fulfill a contract

I store your personal data only as long as it is necessary for the fulfillment of the agreed services or as required by statutory retention periods.

I process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law. Insofar as the EU GDPR applies, I also process personal data based on the following legal grounds under Art. 6 (1) GDPR:

  • lit. b) Processing of personal data to fulfill a contract with the data subject and to carry out pre-contractual measures.

  • lit. c) Processing of personal data to fulfill a legal obligation to which I am subject under applicable EU law or the law of a country where the GDPR is fully or partially applicable.

  • lit. d) Processing of personal data to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person.

  • lit. f) Processing of personal data to safeguard legitimate interests of mine or third parties, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not override. Legitimate interests include, in particular, my business interest in providing my website, ensuring information security, enforcing my legal claims, and complying with Swiss law.

My coaching services do not constitute therapy or medical treatment. They are based on a cooperative approach, where the client takes full responsibility for their decisions and actions. I assume no liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from the application of the content and methods imparted during the coaching sessions. The success of the coaching sessions largely depends on the active cooperation and implementation by the client.

I reserve the right to amend this privacy policy and disclaimer if necessary to comply with legal requirements or changes to my services. The latest version available on the website applies.
